The rules establish requirements for the organization of maintenance, planning, preparation, production and acceptance from repair of electric power facilities (with the exception of nuclear power plants) included in the electric power systems, as well as requirements for control over the organization of the activities of these facilities by electric power entities.
Правила устанавливают требования к организации технического обслуживания, планирования, подготовки, производства и приемки из ремонта объектов электроэнергетики (за исключением атомных электростанций), входящих в электроэнергетические системы, а также требования по контролю за организацией деятельности указанных объектов субъектами электроэнергетики.
