The regulation establishes the procedure for the examination of low-quality and dangerous food raw materials and food products, their further use (disposal) or destruction and applies to legal entities, regardless of the form of ownership and individual entrepreneurs
Положение устанавливает порядок проведения экспертизы некачественных и опасных продовольственного сырья и пищевых продуктов, их дальнейшего использования (утилизации) или уничтожения и распространяется на юридические лица независимо от формы собственности и индивидуальных предпринимателей
