Uniform sanitary and epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision (control) have been developed in order to implement the provisions of the Agreement of the Customs Union on Sanitary Measures of December 11, 2009, in accordance with the Decision of the Interstate Council of the Eurasian Economic Community (the supreme body of the customs union ) at the level of heads of government of December 11, 2009 No. 28.
Единые санитарно-эпидемиологические и гигиенические требования к товарам, подлежащим санитарно-эпидемиологическому надзору (контролю), разработаны в целях реализации положений Соглашения таможенного союза по санитарным мерам от 11 декабря 2009 года, в соответствии с Решением Межгосударственного совета Евразийского экономического сообщества (высшего органа таможенного союза) на уровне глав правительств от 11 декабря 2009 года № 28.
