The Regulation defines measures for the preservation of aquatic biological resources and their habitat used in territorial planning, urban planning zoning, territory planning, architectural and construction design, construction, reconstruction, overhaul of capital construction facilities, the introduction of new technological processes and other activities that provide direct or indirect impact on biological resources and their environment, as well as the procedure for their implementation
Положение определяет меры по сохранению водных биологических ресурсов и среды их обитания, применяемые при территориальном планировании, градостроительном зонировании, планировке территории, архитектурно-строительном проектировании, строительстве, реконструкции, капитальном ремонте объектов капитального строительства, внедрении новых технологических процессов и осуществлении иной деятельности, оказывающей прямое или косвенное воздействие на биоресурсы и среду их, а также порядок их осуществления
