The rules establish requirements for the design, construction, materials, manufacture, installation, adjustment, repair and operation of steam boilers, autonomous superheaters and economizers with a working pressure of more than 0.07 MPa (0.7 kgf / cm2), hot water boilers and autonomous economizers with a temperature water above 115 degrees Celsius
