Regulations on the verification of the reliability of determining the estimated cost of construction, reconstruction, overhaul of capital construction facilities, works to preserve cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation, the financing of which is carried out with the involvement of funds from the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, funds of legal entities, created by the Russian Federation, constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipalities, legal entities, the share of the Russian Federation, constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipalities in the authorized (pooled) capital of which is more than 50 percent

The Regulation regulates the procedure for checking the reliability of determining the estimated cost of capital construction projects, financing of construction, reconstruction or technical re-equipment (if such re-equipment is associated with the construction or reconstruction of a capital construction object) which are planned to be carried out in whole or in part at the expense of the federal budget
