This standard establishes the main terms used in the area of forming a barrier-free environment for disabled persons, including in the area of ensuring the physical accessibility of buildings, structures, the urban environment as a whole, as well as the services provided for disabled persons and other low-mobile population groups. This standard is intended to be used by federal executive agencies, executive agencies of state authority of constituent members of the Russian Federation, subjects of economic activity, technical committees on standardization, state control and oversight agencies, experts and specialists in voluntary certification systems, and public and professional associations involved in forming and providing a barrier-free environment for disabled persons.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает основные термины, применяемые в области формирования безбарьерной среды жизнедеятельности инвалидов, в том числе в области обеспечения физической доступности зданий, сооружений, городской среды в целом, а также оказываемых услуг для инвалидов и других маломобильных групп населения.
Настоящий стандарт предназначен для использования федеральными органами исполнительной власти, исполнительными органами государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации, субъектами хозяйственной деятельности, техническими комитетами по стандартизации, государственными контрольно-надзорными органами, экспертами и специалистами систем доб��овольной сертификации, общественными и профессиональными объединениями, участвующими в формировании и обеспечении безбарьерной среды жизнедеятельности инвалидов
