Photoluminescent evacuation systems. General specifications
Системы эвакуационные фотолюминесцентные. Общие технические условия

This standard applies to photoluminescent evacuation systems (hereinafter FES), which are installed in: - in buildings; - in underground and aboveground structures; - at civil defense facilities; - at potentially hazardous facilities; - at transport infrastructure facilities (including road, pedestrian, railway and subway tunnels, underground parking lots, marine (river) stationary facilities, etc.) - on land, air, rail and river transport (in terms of technical requirements for photoluminescent materials and elements) in order to ensure safe independent evacuation in conditions of normal, limited visibility (dusk, fog, smoke, supply of fire extinguishing compositions that worsen visibility, etc.), complete darkness in the event of an emergency
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на фотолюминесцентные эвакуационные системы (далее ФЭС), которые устанавливаются в:
- в зданиях;
- в подземных и наземных сооружениях;
- на объектах гражданской обороны;
- на потенциально опасных объектах;
- на объектах транспортной инфраструктуры (в том числе на автомобильных, пешеходных, железнодорожных туннелях и туннелях метро, подземных парковках, морских (речных) стационарных сооружениях и т.п.);
- на наземном, воздушном, железнодорожном и речном транспорте (в части технических требований к фотолюминесцентным материалам и элементам)
в целях обеспечения безопасной самостоятельной эвакуации в условиях нормальной, ограниченной видимости (сумерки, туман, задымление, подача огнетушащих составов, ухудшающих видимость и т.п.), полной темноты при возникновении чрезвычайной ситуации
