Hydro power stations. Methodology of determination of safety criteria for declared hydraulic structures

This Standard establishes the basic rules and norms for the appointment of the criteria of safety of hydraulic structures of hydroelectric power stations in the process of declaration of safety, as well as the requirements in terms of their use in the implementation of the technical control of the state of hydraulic structures. This standard regulates the general issues of determining the criteria of safety of hydraulic structures, in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory documents, at various stages of their life cycle, namely, during their design, operation, conservation, as well as liquidation. This standard defines the basic concepts, regulates the procedure and sequence of actions when selecting the controlled and diagnostic indicators of the state of hydraulic structures in the design documentation and at the stage of operation, determining their criterial values, development of predictive mathematical models, application of qualitative characteristics, as well as determines the procedure of development and approval of the criterial values of the diagnostic indicators of the state of hydraulic structures
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает основные правила и нормы назначения критериев безопасности гидротехнических сооружений гидроэлектростанций в процессе декларирования безопасности, а также требования в части их использования при осуществлении технического контроля состояния гидротехнических сооружений.
Настоящий стандарт регулирует общие вопросы определения критериев безопасности гидротехнических сооружений в соответствии с требованиями действующих нормативных документов, на различных стадиях их жизненного цикла, а именно: при их проектировании, эксплуатации, консервации, а также ликвидации.
Настоящий стандарт определяет основные понятия, регламентирует процедуру и последовательность действий при выборе контролируемых и диагностических показателей состояния гидротехнических сооружений в составе проектной документации и на стадии эксплуатации, определении их критериальных значений, разработке прогнозных математических моделей, применении качественных характеристик, а также определяет порядок разработки и утверждения критериальных значений диагностических показателей состояния гидротехнических сооружений
