This standard establishes technical requirements for the organization and conduct of activities on inspection and testing of bridge structures on public roads of the Russian Federation. This standard is intended for use by road management authorities and contractors who carry out activities for the maintenance, inspection, repair, overhaul and reconstruction of bridge structures after the completion of construction for acceptance of structures in operation, as well as structures in operation. The standard can be applied to the inspection and testing of bridge structures on public roads, such as roads of industrial, construction, forestry and other industrial enterprises, roads located in special exclusion zones and built for the needs of defense
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает технические требования к организации и проведению мероприятий по обследованиям и испытаниям мостовых сооружений на автомобильных дорогах общего пользования Российской Федерации.
Настоящий стандарт предназначен для применения органами управления дорожным хозяйством и подрядными организациями, осуществляющими мероприятия по содержанию, обследованию, ремонту, капитальному ремонту и реконструкции мостовых сооружений после завершения строительства при приемке сооружений в эксплуатацию, а также сооружений, находящихся в эксплуатации.
Стандарт может применяться при обследовании и испытаниях мостовых сооружений на автомобильных дорогах необщего пользования, таких как автомобильные дороги промышленных, строительных, лесных и иных производственных предприятий, дороги, расположенные в специальных зонах отчуждения и сооружаемых для нужд обороны
