Materials for waterproofing of underground parts of facilities for use of atomic energy. Test methods

This standard applies to waterproofing basic and non-basic?bituminous and polymeric (thermoplastic or elastomeric) roll materials and mastic bituminous and polymeric compositions (hereinafter waterproofing materials) with resistance to plant root penetration and biostability, used as secondary protection for underground parts of buildings and facilities of nuclear facilities by virtue of their responsibility for radiation and nuclear safety (value of effective radiation doses from 5 mSv/year to 10 mSv/year) and ensuring operation of the equipment placed therein, except for the structures exposed to radiation impact. This standard establishes requirements for testing methods of waterproofing materials for underground parts of structures under the influence of liquid aggressive media (groundwater) and thermal aging. This standard does not apply to waterproofing materials used as secondary protection for the following building structures of buildings and structures of nuclear facilities exposed to neuron irradiation: - of the endurance pools for the endurance and temporary storage of irradiated fuel assemblies; - pipelines of special sewerage of medium and high level waste categories; - structures of tanks for the collection and temporary storage of liquid radioactive waste; - structures of solid radioactive waste storage facilities, etc.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на гидроизоляционные осн?вные и безосн?вные битумосодержащие и полимерные (термопластичные или эластомерные) рулонные материалы и мастичные битумосодержащие и полимерные составы (далее гидроизоляционные материалы), обладающие стойкостью к прорастанию корней растений и биостойкостью, применяемые в качестве вторичной защиты подземных частей зданий и сооружений объектов использования атомной энергии по условиям их ответственности за радиационную и ядерную безопасность (значение эффективных доз облучения от 5 мЗв/год до 10 мЗв/год) и обеспечения функционирования размещаемого в них оборудования, за исключением конструкций, подвергающихся радиационному воздействию.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к методам испытаний гидроизоляционных материалов для подземных частей сооружений при воздействии на них жидких агрессивных сред (грунтовых вод) и термического старения.
Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на гидроизоляционные материалы, применяемые в качестве вторичной защиты следующих строительных конструкций зданий и сооружений объектов использования атомной энергии, подверженных нейронному облучению:
- бассейнов выдержки для выдержки и временного хранения облученных тепловыделяющих сборок;
- трубопроводов спецканализации среднеактивных и высокоактивных категорий отходов;
- конструкций емкостей для сбора и временного хранения жидких радиоактивных отходов;
- конструкций хранилищ твердых радиоактивных отходов и т.п
