This standard establishes the types and basic parameters of circular steel flanges of vessels and apparatuses (hereinafter - the flanges), depending on the inner diameters and nominal pressure. For vessels and apparatuses designed to operate in chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, gas processing, oil, gas and other industries three types of flanges should be applied: - steel flat welded flanges according to GOST 28759.2; - steel butt welded flanges according to GOST 28759.3; - steel butt welded flanges under octagonal section gasket according to GOST 28759.4, as well as gaskets to them of the following types: - gaskets made of nonmetallic materials according to GOST 28759.6; - gaskets in metallic shell according to GOST 28759.7; - metallic octagonal gaskets according to GOST 28759.8; - spiral wound gaskets according to GOST 28759.9; - gaskets of thermally expanded graphite on metallic toothed base according to GOST 28759.10; - gaskets made of expanded graphite on metallic waveform base in accordance with GOST 28759.11. Concerning applied materials, limiting deviations of geometric dimensions and tolerances, flanges shall comply with requirements of GOST 34347 and GOST 28759.5
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает типы и основные параметры круглых стальных фланцев сосудов и аппаратов (далее – фланцы) в зависимости от внутренних диаметров и номинального давления.
Для сосудов и аппаратов, предназначенных для работы в химической, нефтехимической, нефтеперерабатывающей, газоперерабатывающей, нефтяной, газовой отрасли и других отраслях промышленности, следует применять фланцы трех типов:
- фланцы стальные плоские приварные по ГОСТ 28759.2;
- фланцы стальные приварные встык по ГОСТ 28759.3;
- фланцы стальные приварные встык под прокладку восьмиугольного сечения по ГОСТ 28759.4, а также прокладки к ним следующих типов:
- прокладки из неметаллических материалов по ГОСТ 28759.6;
- прокладки в металлической оболочке по ГОСТ 28759.7;
- прокладки металлические восьмиугольные по ГОСТ 28759.8;
- прокладки спирально-навитые по ГОСТ 28759.9;
- прокладки из терморасширенного графита на металлическом зубчатом основании по ГОСТ 28759.10;
- прокладки из терморасширенного графита на волновом металлическом основании по ГОСТ 28759.11.
В части применяемых материалов, предельных отклонений геометрических размеров и допусков фланцы должны соответствовать требованиям ГОСТ 34347 и ГОСТ 28759.5
