Fixed support devices for people with low mobility. Types and general technical requirements

This standard applies to auxiliary stationary support devices for people with low mobility (hereinafter - MSH), installed in public buildings, facilities, public areas, in apartment buildings, in places of accommodation and residence of MSH and designed for use by users who have permanent or temporary impairments of statodynamic functions and limitations of the ability to move independently in space, to maintain the balance of the body when moving, changing the position of the body. The standard defines types of stationary support devices and establishes general technical requirements for them (design, materials, installation and operating conditions). The standard does not apply to supporting technical means of rehabilitation of disabled people, designed for individual use (crutches, walkers, canes) and to stationary support devices in vehicles, in passenger elevators and elevating platforms for disabled people. The standard can be used as a reference standard for rehabilitative stationary supports for individual use in residential areas
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на вспомогательные стационарные опорные устройства для маломобильных групп населения (далее — МГН), устанавливаемые в общественных зданиях, сооружениях, на территориях общего пользования, в многоквартирных жилых домах, в местах размещения и проживания МГН и предназначенные для использования пользователями, имеющими стойкие или временные нарушения статодинамических функций и ограничения способности самостоятельно перемещаться в пространстве, сохранять равновесие тела при передвижении, перемене положения тела и в покое. Стандарт определяет типы стационарных опорных устройств и устанавливает общие технические требования к ним (конструкции, материалам, установке и условиям эксплуатации).
Стандарт не распространяется на опорные технические средства реабилитации инвалидов, предназначенные для индивидуального пользования (костыли, ходунки, трости) и на стационарные опорные устройства в транспортных средствах, в пассажирских лифтах и подъемных платформах для инвалидов. Стандарт может использоваться как справочный в отношении реабилитационных стационарных опор для индивидуального использования в жилых помещениях
