On the procedure for making a decision on granting budget investments to legal entities that are not state or municipal institutions and state or municipal unitary enterprises for the purpose of making a contribution to the authorized (share) capitals of subsidiaries of the said legal entities for capital investments in capital construction facilities owned by such subsidiaries, and (or) for the acquisition of real estate by such subsidiaries at the expense of federal funds
О порядке принятия решения о предоставлении бюджетных инвестиций юридическим лицам, не являющимся государственными или муниципальными учреждениями и государственными или муниципальными унитарными предприятиями, в целях предоставления взноса в уставные (складочные) капиталы дочерних обществ указанных юридических лиц на осуществление капитальных вложений в объекты капитального строительства, находящиеся в собственности таких дочерних обществ, и (или) на приобретение такими дочерними обществами объектов недвижимого имущества за счет средств федерального бюджета (с изменениями на 30 ноября 2023 года) (редакция, действующая с 1 марта 2024 года)
