This standard establishes general requirements for the establishment, purpose, operation, equipment and equipment of rescue stations (SPS) and rescue posts (SP), providing safety on water bodies. The standard does not apply to rescue stations (rescue posts), put into operation before the entry into force of this standard. For existing facilities, the standard defines a set of requirements, the fulfillment of which allows to ensure modern safety requirements. This standard can be used for the purposes of examination and certification of these facilities aimed at preventing harm
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования к созданию, назначению, функционированию, оснащению и оборудованию спасательных станций (СПС) и спасательных постов (СП), обеспечивающих безопасность на водных объектах.
Стандарт не распространяется на спасательные станции (спасательные посты), введенные в эксплуатацию до вступления в силу настоящего стандарта.
Для существующих объектов стандарт определяет набор требований, выполнение которых позволяет обеспечить современные требования безопасности.
Настоящий стандарт может быть использован для целей экспертизы и сертификации указанных объектов, направленных на предупреждение причинения вреда
