The standard applies to facing materials made of natural stone and blocks for their manufacture and establishes a range of quality indicators for use in: the development of standards, technical specifications and other regulatory and technical documentation; choosing the optimal variant of the new product; product certification, forecasting and planning of its quality; development of quality management systems; reporting and quality information.
Стандарт распространяется на облицовочные материалы из природного камня и блоки для их изготовления и устанавливает номенклатуру показателей качества для применения при: разработке стандартов, технических условий и другой нормативно-технической документации; выборе оптимального варианта новой продукции; аттестации продукции, прогнозировании и планировании ее качества; разработке систем управления качеством; представлении отчетности и информации о качестве.
