Plastics. Method of test for coefficient of friction
Status: Not effective - Superseded. Registration information 849-st dated 08/09/2017 (official website of Rosstandart); IUS 1-2018
The standard applies to plastics and establishes a method for determining the coefficient of friction of plastics by sliding samples on the steel plane of the counterbody without lubrication. The method is intended for research testing. The standard does not apply to cellular and film plastics and is not applicable for the calculation of products operating in friction units.
