This standard applies to technical means of rehabilitating blind and deaf-hearing people and sets the parameters of sound and tactile signals that duplicate signals of traffic lights designed to regulate the movement of pedestrians through carriageways and installed at pedestrian crossings, which are regularly used by blind and deaf-blind pedestrians
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на технические средства реабилитации слепых и слепоглухих людей и устанавливает параметры звуковых и осязательных сигналов, дублирующих сигналы светофора, предназначенного для регулирования движения пешеходов через проезжие части дорог и установленного на пешеходных переходах, которыми регулярно пользуются слепые и слепоглухие пешеходы
