Status: Effective
The standard applies to steel forms for the manufacture of reinforced concrete products (hereinafter referred to as products). The standard establishes a range of quality indicators for forms used in the development of standards, technical specifications and other regulatory documents on the design and manufacture of forms; choosing the optimal variant of new forms; certification, forecasting and planning of improving the quality of forms; development of quality management systems; reporting and quality information. Specific values, methods for determining and evaluating the quality indicators of forms should be established by the relevant standards, technical specifications, working drawings, as well as guidelines for assessing the quality level, approved in the prescribed manner. The standard was developed on the basis of and in accordance with GOST 4.200-78.
Стандарт распространяется на стальные формы для изготовления железобетонных изделий (далее изделий). Стандарт устанавливает номенклатуру показателей качества форм, применяемых при: разработке стандартов, технических условий и других нормативных документов по проектированию и изготовлению форм; выборе оптимального варианта новых форм; аттестации, прогнозировании и планировании повышения качества форм; разработке систем управления качеством; составлении отчетности и информации о качестве. Конкретные значения, методы определения и оценки показателей качества форм должны устанавливаться соответствующими стандартами, техническими условиями, рабочими чертежами, а также методическими указаниями по оценке уровня качества, утвержденными в установленном порядке. Стандарт разработан на основе и в соответствиис ГОСТ 4.200-78.
