Wood. Method of static bending strength determination
Status: Effective. The limitation of effectiveness has been lifted: Protocol No. 5-94 of the IGU dated 05.17.94 (IUS 11-12-1994)
The standard applies to wood and establishes a method for determining the strength of static bending. The standard corresponds to ST SEV 390-76 and MS ISO 3133-75 regarding the determination of the tensile strength during static bending on samples conditioned by humidity. The essence of the method is to determine the maximum load during the destruction of the sample and calculate the voltage at this load. The method does not apply to aviation wood.
