The standard applies to confectionery and semi-finished products and establishes methods for determining the mass fraction of ash and the mass fraction of metal-magnetic impurities in cocoa powder, chocolate powder and bulk chocolate production.
Стандарт распространяется на кондитерские изделия и полуфабрикаты и устанавливает методы определения в них массовой доли золы и массовой доли металломагнитной примеси в какао-порошке, шоколаде в порошке и сыпучих полуфабрикатах шоколадного производства.
