The standard applies to motor vehicles with diesel engines. The standard establishes the norms and methods for measuring the opacity of automobile exhaust gases on the modes of free acceleration and maximum engine speed.
Стандарт распространяется на автотранспортные средства с дизелями. Стандарт устанавливает нормы и методы измерения дымности отработавших газов автомобилей на режимах свободного ускорения и максимальной частоты вращения коленчатого вала двигателя.
