The standard applies to mobile scaffolding with a moving workplace in height, used in the process of construction and installation work during the construction, reconstruction and repair of buildings and structures for the organization of workplaces at a height, while moving (lifting, lowering) the workplace (working platform) with workers and materials at a given height of construction and installation work is carried out by the drive. The standard does not apply to construction cargo or passenger-and-freight lifts.
Стандарт распространяется на передвижные подмости с перемещаемым по высоте рабочим местом, применяемые в процессе производства строительно-монтажных работ при возведении, реконструкции и ремонте зданий и сооружений для организации рабочих мест на высоте, при этом перемещение (подъем, опускание) рабочего места (рабочей площадки) с рабочими и материалами на заданную высоту выполнения строительно-монтажных работ осуществляется приводом. Стандарт не распространяется на строительные грузовые или грузопассажирские подъемники.
