This standard applies to alcohol products and raw materials for their production: wines, wine materials, alcoholic and low alcohol beverages and juices for industrial processing and establishes methods for determining the mass concentration of titrated acids. The methods are based on the acid-base titration of a certain volume of the product in the presence of a bromthymol blue indicator and using a potentiometer until a neutral reaction is obtained.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на алкогольную продукцию и сырье для ее производства: вина, виноматериалы, спиртные и слабоалкогольные напитки и соки для промышленной переработки и устанавливает методы определения массовой концентрации титруемых кислот. Методы основаны на кислотно-щелочном титрировании определенного объема продукта в присутствии индикатора бромтимолового синего и с применением потенциометра до получения нейтральной реакции
