Unified system of corrosion and ageing protection. Hot-dip aluminium coatings. General requirement and methods of checking
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The standard establishes the general requirements for protective aluminum coatings applied by the method of immersion into the melt on building structures and their elements (including products made of structural steel, sheet steel, pipes), wire and fasteners of thermally raw carbon and low alloy steel, steel and cast iron castings, forgings, pressed steel products, as well as requirements for base metal and methods for monitoring the quality of coatings. The standard does not apply to coatings applied in a continuous manner on sheet products.
