This standard establishes the terms and definitions of the concepts of canned food and preserves from fish and seafood. The terms established by this standard are mandatory for use in all types of documentation and literature on canned food and preserves, which are included in the scope of standardization work and (or) using the results of these works
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает термины и определения понятий консервов и пресервов из рыбы и морепродуктов.
