This standard establishes a method for determining the mass fraction of protein (crude protein), fat, water (moisture), phosphorus, calcium and ash in fish, seafood and products from them, including canned food, preserved food and feed meal, by spectroscopy in the near infrared region range from 9000 to 12500 cm in degree -1
