This standard establishes the requirements for information provided to consumers of tourist services. The provisions of this standard are applied by legal entities providing tourist services, as well as by citizens engaged in entrepreneurial activities in the field of tourism without a legal entity. Based on this standard, organizations' standards can be developed that set information requirements for consumers of tourist services.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к информации, предоставляемой потребителям туристских услуг. Положения настоящего стандарта применяются юридическими лицами, оказывающими туристские услуги, а также гражданами, занимающимися предпринимательской деятельностью в сфере туризма без образования юридического лица. На основе настоящего стандарта могут быть разработаны стандарты организаций, устанавливающие требования к информации для потребителей туристских услуг
