Status: Effective - Supersedes. The effectiveness period has been lifted: Protocol No. 5-94 of the IGU dated 05.17.94 (IUS 11-12-1994).
The standard applies to sparkling wine (champagne) and wine beverages made with carbon dioxide saturation and establishes a method for determining the pressure of carbon dioxide in bottles. The method is based on the determination of excess pressure in the range from 0 to 600 kPa with an afrometer.
Стандарт распространяется на игристое вино (шампанское) и винные напитки, приготовленные насыщением двуокисью углерода и устанавливает метод определения давления двуокиси углерода в бутылках. Метод основан на определении избыточного давления в пределах от 0 до 600 кПа афрометром.
