Status: Effective
This standard establishes the general requirements for organizing the monitoring of a chemically hazardous facility in order to prevent the occurrence of a chemical accident, determine the preparedness of emergency and rescue facilities to eliminate its consequences, and the readiness of facilities and systems for the protection of the public. The standard is obligatory for organizations and enterprises that monitor stationary chemically hazardous facilities, and for organizations that carry out warning, forecasting and liquidation of emergency situations caused by chemical accidents at these facilities. The standard does not apply to mobile chemically dangerous objects.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования к организации мониторинга химически опасного объекта с целью предотвращения возникновения химической аварии, определения подготовленности аварийно-спасательных средств к ликвидации ее последствий и готовности средств и систем для защиты населения. Стандарт обязателен для организаций и предприятий, осуществляющих мониторинг стационарных химически опасных объектов, и для организаций, осуществляющих предупреждение, прогнозирование и ликвидацию чрезвычайных ситуаций, вызванных химическими авариями на этих объектах. Стандарт не распространяется на подвижные химически опасные объекты
