Настоящий стандарт распространяется на сухие строительные смеси, изготавливаемые на цементном вяжущем на основе портландцементного клинкера или на смешанных (сложных) вяжущих на его основе, на глиноземистом цементе, содержащие полимерные добавки не более 5 % массы смеси, применяемые при строительстве, реконструкции и ремонте зданий и сооружений, и устанавливает общие технические требования, правила приемки, методы испытаний. Стандарт не распространяется на сухие смеси на гипсовых, полимерных и специальных вяжущих, а также на биоцидные и санирующие смеси
