Status: Effective
This standard applies to algae, seagrass and products from them and establishes methods for determining organoleptic and physical parameters. This standard does not apply to canned food, preserves and culinary products made from algae and sea herbs. This standard is used in conjunction with GOST 26185 in terms of determining organoleptic and physical parameters.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на водоросли, морские травы и продукцию из них и устанавливает методы определения органолептических и физических показателей. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на консервы, пресервы и кулинарные изделия из водорослей и морских трав. Настоящий стандарт применяют совместно с ГОСТ 26185 в части определения органолептических и физических показателей
