Citric acid monohydrate for use in foodstuffs. Specifications
Кислота лимонная моногидрат пищевая. Технические условия
Status: Effective - Supersedes. IUS 2-2005
The standard applies to citric acid monohydrate food, obtained from carbohydrate-containing raw materials as a result of microbiological synthesis (fermentation) using non-toxicogenic strains of the fungus Aspergillus niger, intended for use in the food industry in food production as a food additive E 330. The standard does not apply to citric acid (2-hydroxypropionate-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid), obtained by organic synthesis.
Стандарт распространяется на лимонную кислоту моногидрат пищевую, получаемую из углеводосодержащего сырья в результате микробиологического синтеза (ферментации) с использованием нетоксикогенных штаммов гриба Aspergillus niger, предназначенную для применения в пищевой промышленности при производстве пищевых продуктов в качестве пищевой добавки Е 330. Стандарт не распространяется на лимонную кислоту (2-оксипропионат-1,2,3-трикарбоновая кислота), получаемую органическим синтезом.

Once an order is placed it will be verified and processed within a few hours up to a rare maximum of 24 hours.
For items in stock, the document/web link is e-mailed to you so that you can download and save it for your records.
For items out of stock (third party supply) you will be notified as to which items will require additional time to fulfil. We normally supply such items in less than three days.
