This standard applies to sterilized condensed milk canned and sugar and establishes a gravimetric method for determining the mass fraction of fat according to Rose-Gottlieb. The method is based on the extraction of fat from ammonia-alcohol solution of condensed milk canned food, diethyl and petroleum ethers, evaporation of solvents and weighing the residue.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на сгущенные молочные консервы стерилизованные и с сахаром и устанавливает гравиметрический метод определения массовой доли жира по Розе-Готлибу. Метод основан на экстрагировании жира из аммиачно-спиртового раствора сгущенных молочных консервов, диэтиловым и петролейным эфирами, выпариванием растворителей и взвешиванием остатка
