This standard applies to elevating platforms with vertical and inclined movement for persons with disabilities, intended for the equipment of residential, public and industrial buildings and structures with a height of more than one floor and (or) having level differences in the paths of movement of users and meet the requirements of federal, departmental, regional and other regulatory documents for the design of residential, public and industrial buildings and structures. The standard does not apply to lifting platforms with vertical and inclined movement for transporting users: - not capable of independent movement; - lying down; - with impaired vision; - with intellectual disabilities
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на подъемные платформы с вертикальным и наклонным перемещением для инвалидов, предназначенные для оборудования жилых, общественных и промышленных зданий и сооружений высотой более одного этажа и (или) имеющих перепады уровней на путях движения пользователей и отвечающих требованиям федеральных, ведомственных, региональных и других нормативных документов на проектирование жилых, общественных и промышленных зданий и сооружений. Стандарт не распространяется на подъемные платформы с вертикальным и наклонным перемещением для транспортировки пользователей:- не способных к самостоятельному перемещению;- находящихся в лежачем положении;- с нарушением функции зрения;- с нарушением интеллекта
