The standard establishes general technical requirements for services for the repair and construction of housing and other buildings, safety requirements of services for the life and health of consumers, the safety of their property and environmental protection. The standard applies to organizations and individual entrepreneurs providing services for the construction of newly constructed individual housing and other buildings, reconstruction and repair of used housing and other buildings, as well as operated apartments in residential buildings for individual orders of the population.
Стандарт устанавливает общие технические требования к услугам по ремонту и строительству жилья и других построек, требования безопасности услуг для жизни и здоровья потребителей, сохранности их имущества и охраны окружающей среды. Стандарт распространяется на организации и индивидуальных предпринимателей, оказывающих услуги по строительству вновь возводимых индивидуального жилья и других построек, реконструкции и ремонту эксплуатируемых жилья и других построек, а также эксплуатируемых квартир в жилых зданиях по индивидуальным заказам населения.
