Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The standard applies to the design of newly constructed and reconstructed public roads. The standard does not apply to the design of temporary highways for various purposes (constructed for a lifetime of less than 5 years), inter-farm roads, city streets and winter roads.
Стандарт распространяется на проектирование вновь строящихся и реконструируемых автомобильных дорог общего пользования. Стандарт не распространяется на проектирование временных автомобильных дорог различного назначения (сооружаемых на срок службы менее 5 лет), внутрихозяйственных дорог, городских улиц и автозимников.
