The standard applies to vodka and special vodka and establishes a spectral-luminescent method for determining the presence or absence of organic trace impurities characteristic of rectified ethyl alcohol from non-food raw materials used for their preparation, in order to identify the alcohol. The method is used for research and the accumulation of statistical data to establish the origin of rectified ethyl alcohol, which is part of vodka and special vodka.
Стандарт распространяется на водки и водки особые и устанавливает спектрально-люминесцентный метод определения наличия или отсутствия органических микропримесей, характерных для этилового ректификованного спирта из непищевого сырья, используемого для их приготовления, с целью идентификации спирта. Метод применяют для исследовательских работ и накопления статистических данных по установлению происхождения этилового ректификованного спирта, входящего в состав водок и водок особых.
