This standard applies to vehicle monitoring and protection systems - satellite anti-theft systems designed for use in special organizations for the protection of various forms of ownership in order to prevent vehicle thefts and thefts. The standard establishes general technical requirements for vehicle monitoring and protection systems, as well as methods for their testing. This standard does not apply to the system of monitoring of official vehicles of the Federal executive authorities.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на системы мониторинга и охраны автотранспортных средств - спутниковые противоугонные системы, предназначенные для использования в специальных организациях по охране различных форм собственности с целью предотвращения краж и угонов автотранспортных средств. Стандарт устанавливает общие технические требования к системам мониторинга и охраны автотранспортных средств, а также методы их испытаний. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на системы мониторинга служебного транспорта Федеральных органов исполнительной власти
