This standard applies to measuring systems (ICs) intended for measuring thermal energy and coolant parameters developed for specific objects from metering station components and accepted as finished products directly at the place of operation (EC-2 according to GOST R 8.596), as well as ICs type IS-1 according to GOST R 8.596 and heat meter according to GOST R 51649, GOST R EN 1434-1, included in the metering of thermal energy. The standard establishes the main provisions for the metrological support of IP at the stages of their life cycle
