This standard applies to textile (woven, knitted) materials used to filter industrial aerosols from suspended solids in them, and establishes a method for determining the effectiveness of dust collection (dust retention). The standard is used for testing and scientific research, as well as for comparative evaluation of various filter materials by their dust holding capacity.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на текстильные (тканые, трикотажные) материалы, применяемые для фильтрации промышленных аэрозолей от содержащихся в них взвешенных твердых частиц, и устанавливает метод определения эффективности улавливания пыли (способности к пылезадержанию). Стандарт применяется для испытаний и научных исследований, а также для сравнительной оценки различных фильтровальных материалов по их способности к пылезадержанию
