The standard applies to protective banking tools designed to ensure the safety of bank personnel, banking activities, the preservation of valuables, and establishes requirements for resistance to burglary and test methods. The standard should be used by design, construction and other organizations and enterprises engaged in the design, construction, technical and organizational support of the banking system of the Russian Federation, testing laboratories, certification bodies of protection, insurance companies. The requirements of the standard should be distributed as basic when organizing the insurance protection of the banking system of the Russian Federation.
Стандарт распространяется на средства защитные банковские, предназначенные для обеспечения безопасности персонала банка, банковской деятельности, сохранности ценностей, и устанавливает требования по устойчивости к взлому и методы испытаний. Стандарт должен быть использован проектными, строительными и другими организациями и предприятиями, занятыми проектированием, сооружением, техническим и организационным обеспечением деятельности банковской системы Российской Федерации, испытательными лабораториями, органами сертификации средств защиты, страховыми компаниями. Требования стандарта должны быть распространены в качестве базовых при организации страховой защиты банковской системы Российской Федерации.
