The standard establishes the objects of standardization and general provisions in the development and application of standards of organizations. The provisions of the standard are intended to be applied by organizations located in the Russian Federation, including commercial, public, scientific organizations, self-regulatory organizations, associations of legal entities, and technical standardization committees that organize an examination of the standards of organizations under article 17 of the Federal Law "On Technical regulation. "
Стандарт устанавливает объекты стандартизации и общие положения при разработке и применении стандартов организаций. Положения стандарта предназначены для применения организациями, расположенными на территории Российской Федерации, в том числе коммерческими, общественными, научными организациями, саморегулируемыми организациями, объединениями юридических лиц, а также техническими комитетами по стандартизации, организующими проведение экспертизы стандартов организаций согласно статьи 17 Федерального закона "О техническом регулировании".
