This standard applies to dairy products for baby food and establishes a fluorometric method for measuring the mass fraction of vitamin B1 (thiamine). The method is based on the oxidation of vitamin B1 in alkaline medium with potassium-synergistic potassium with the formation of a highly fluorescent compound in ultraviolet light - thiochrome, the fluorescence intensity of which is directly proportional to the mass fraction of vitamin B1
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на молочные продукты для детского питания и устанавливает флюорометрический метод измерения массовой доли витамина В1 (тиамин). Метод основан на окислении витамина В1 в щелочной среде железосинеродистым калием с образованием сильно флюоресцирующего в ультрафиолетовом свете соединения - тиохрома, интенсивность флюоресценции которого прямо пропорциональна массовой доле витамина В1
