Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. IUS 2-2014
This standard applies to poultry meat (chicken and turkey) mechanical deboning, intended for industrial processing in the production of food. The standard does not apply to mechanically deboned meat for infant and special food, as well as to mechanical deboned meat with added ingredients, including water.
