This standard applies to vegetable oils and animal fats and provides general guidance on the use of gas chromatography using a packed column or a capillary column to determine the qualitative and quantitative composition of a mixture of fatty acids in the form of methyl esters prepared according to GOST 31665. This method does not apply to polymerized fatty acids

Настоящий стандарт распространяется на растительные масла и животные жиры и дает общее руководство по применению газовой хроматографии с использованием насадочной колонки или капиллярной колонки для определения качественного и количественного состава смеси жирных кислот в виде метиловых эфиров, полученных по ГОСТ 31665. Данный метод не распространяется на полимеризованные жирные кислоты
