This standard applies to raw materials and food products and establishes an atomic absorption method for the determination of arsenic. The method is based on the mineralization of the product with a mixture of acids and reagents - oxidizing agents in one of three ways (dry ashing, autoclave mineralization or acid extraction), carrying out the arsenic hydrogenation reaction in the resulting solution - mineralization with sodium borohydride, distilling volatile arsenic hydride with a stream of argon into a heated quartz cell - atomizer and measurement of the fraction of arsenic by the atomic absorption method according to the magnitude of atomic absorption at a resonant wavelength of 193.7 nm
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на сырье и пищевые продукты и устанавливает атомно-абсорбционный метод определения мышьяка. Метод основан на минерализации продукта смесью кислот и реагентов - окислителей одним из трех способов (сухое озоление, автоклавная минерализация или кислотная экстракция), проведении реакции гидрирования мышьяка в полученном растворе - минерализате с помощью боргидрида натрия, отгонки летучего гидрида мышьяка потоком аргона в разогретую кварцевую кювету - атомизатор и измерении доли мышьяка атомно-абсорбционным методом по величине атомного поглощения на резонансной длине волны 193,7 нм
