This standard establishes terms and definitions of concepts in the field of pasta. The terms established by this standard are mandatory for use in all types of documentation and literature on pasta products that fall within the scope of standardization work and / or use the results of this work. This standard should be used in conjunction with GOST R 50779.10, GOST R 50779.11, GOST 16299, GOST 17527, GOST 21391
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает термины и определения понятий в области макаронных изделий. Термины, установленные настоящим стандартом, обязательны для применения во всех видах документации и литературы по макаронным изделиям, входящих в сферу работ по стандартизации и (или) использующие результаты этих работ. Настоящий стандарт следует применять совместно с ГОСТ Р 50779.10, ГОСТ Р 50779.11, ГОСТ 16299, ГОСТ 17527, ГОСТ 21391
