The standard establishes the general technical requirements for rescue bridges and materials used for their manufacture, as well as test methods for these products. The standard applies to rescue ladders designed to rescue people from high-altitude levels in case of fires or emergency situations in buildings, on ships and other objects. The standard can be applied when conducting certification tests of rescue ladders.
Стандарт устанавливает общие технические требования к спасательным трапам и материалам, используемым для их изготовления, а также методы испытаний данных изделий. Стандарт распространяется на спасательные трапы, предназначенные для спасения людей с высотных уровней при пожарах или аварийных ситуациях в сооружениях, на морских судах и других объектах. Стандарт может быть применен при проведении сертификационных испытаний спасательных трапов.
