This standard applies to wheat starch obtained by the integrated processing of wheat grain. Wheat starch is used in various sectors of the food industry and for retail sale to the public, as well as for technical purposes. Safety requirements for wheat starch are set out in 4.1.3 - 4.2, quality requirements in 4.1.1, 4.1.2, labeling requirements in 4.3
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на пшеничный крахмал, получаемый при комплексной переработке зерна пшеницы. Пшеничный крахмал применяется в различных отраслях пищевой промышленности и для реализации населению в розничной торговле, а также для технических целей.
